Ivy Glen Southern Colonial

This is started from the Houseworks Colonial kit and was modified into a Southern Colonial, Ivy Glen.

Dormers, columns, trim and an upper balcony were added, along with the ivy which climbs up the side.

A side door is found on the opposite side.

The entrance stone was was made from Paperclay.

Later ferns were added to the porch.  Work is still continuing on the interior.

The ferns were handmade an added tothe southern charm.

Interior

The sofa and Lees Line sofa and chari were panted wth a mix of Acrylic paint and fabric softener to match the room.
