Annalise
Annalise is a half scale cottage created from a Laser Dollhouse kit. The yard area, landscaping and fence were added, along with an upstairs bathroom section and a chimney.
The half scale Little Ann Victorian Kit by Laser Dollhouse.
The yard area was removed in order to center the sidewalk and provide more space for landscaping.
The picket fence was made to surround the property.
The crow isn't very intimidated by the scarecrow.
The garden was formed from Paperclay. Many of the plants are model railroad accessories.
The birdbath was a Fairy Garden piece.
The sidewalk was formed from Paperclay. The landscape greenery was formed from model railroad materials. The gate was included in the kit.
The kitchen stove's pipe went into the wall, so of course, it needed an exit, thus a stovepipe was necessary.
The stove pipe was made from a flexi-straw covered with Paperclay. The cap was made from cardstock.
The interior contains two rooms, although the upstairs back section of the section floor was cordoned off to form a bathroom.
The upstairs ceiling was covered with wooden slats painted white. The bed covering and the rug are cross-stitched pieces. The dresser is a Littles piece by Mattel. The remainder of the bedroom furniture are vintage Tootsietoy pieces. All are painted white with the exception of the easy chair and a side table which retain their original finish.
The lower section contains a kitchen area and a parlor.
A Concord half scale fireplace covers one wall of the parlor. The curtains are made from pieces of lace.
The couch and chair were originally red, but painted green. The tea cart is a Tootsietoy piece, originally green, but since the paint was in such bad shape, it was repainted. The lamp is another Tootsietoy piece in it's original finish.
A small section of the lower floor contains a kitchen. All the kitchen pieces are Mattel' Littles collection from the 1960s. All except the stove have been repainted.
