Victorian Farmhouse, 1995 SOLD
This house was built from an RGT Farmhouse kit.
The kit was modified as balcony roof over the porch was replaced with a roof line. A side door was added to the kitchen and petitions separate the kitchen/dining room and the master bedroom/sitting area.
I modified the porch for this house, instead of going with the flat roof as indicated in the kit. I think it gives it more of a farmhouse look.
I believe the bathroom fixtures were Hofco. I cross-stitched the rug.
The antique maid is dressed in her original costume.
The third floor children's room is inhabited by Ginny Birthday Twins.
One Ginny doll is holding a very small Caco doll. More bisque little girls have joined the party.

The bedroom furniture is by Pitty Pat, but the beds have been redressed.
Guest Bedroom
The record player was actually a Christmas ornament.
I used a simple half wall patrician to create a sitting area in the master bedroom. The antique lamps are by Strombecker.
The sitting area in the master bedroom is very cozy.
A side exit door was added to the kitchen.
Concord Harvest Home kitchen appliances, table and chairs.
My mother dressed these dolls from 1980. Hard to believe they are over 30 years old! I cross stitched the rug.
1st Floor Kitchen and Dining Area (I added the partial walls to separate these areas.) The dishes on the table are carved from wood and called tweenware. The table and chairs are by Concord.
Entry Parlor
Remember the lamp from the movie, "A Christmas Story?" The one on the piano is a Hallmark Christmas ornament. I cross stitched the rug and made the floral vase from Sculpty. The seated doll is a Caco.
The Parlor
Note the Bespaq sofa and chairs given to me by a dear friend. I found the table, signed "Taylor 84" by at an antique shop. My mother dressed the gentleman in the white jacket. The lampshade in the back of the room is actually a cupcake paper.

I added a side door and steps which lead off from the kitchen.
The left side opening reveals the dining area on the 1st floor and the sitting area in the master bedroom on the 2nd floor.
