Marx "Rooster" House, 1965
As with many of these older tin houses, parts end up missing. The rooster was missing from this house, but I was able to recreate it. This is an unusual house because if is fully enclosed. The interior of the house is accessed by removing the roof.

The entrance goes into a small hallway on one side that leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. The other side leads into the living room, dining room and kitchen
The other hallway leads to a bathroom and two bedrooms. Note: this is one of my granddaughter's favorite dollhouses. She's enjoyed placing the Marx figures around the house.
