The Greystone is a 1:24 scale house was built from the Park Avenue Grand Mansion kid by Laser Dollhouse Design.  (https://www.laserdollhouses.com/online-store.php#!/Park-Ave-Grand-Mansion-1-24-scale-Dollhouse-Kit/p/393931795/category=8577029) I made very few modifications to the kit.

The house has two front openings.  The main entrance leads to the living room.  The lower entrance found below the front steps leads to the dining room and kitchen.

The interior includes 6 rooms with 3 staircases.

Top Floor

The main entrance leads to the living room. The L-shaped couch, entertainment/fireplace center and bear skin rug were handmade.

I love the clock, although I put the hand on backward on my first try!

Far in the left corner is one of my favorites, an Eames chair.

Middle Floor

Far in the corner is one of my favorites, an Eames chair.

One wall is completely covered with French posters all black, white, grey and red, the colors of the whole house.

The bedroom has a French theme, thus, the Eiffel Tower clock.

The bathroom continues the color theme.

The paintings in the house are also along the black, grey, white and red theme.

The toilet paper and towel holders are made from toothpick and a tiny clothes pin that I took apart.

The kitchen is the largest room in the house. Almost all the kitchen furniture was found on Etsy.

I found the appliances online. The serving cart is not exactly 1:24 scale.

Note the washer and dryer in the back of the staircase area.  This was an idea I got from another miniaturist.
