Rosedale, 2013

This is the Rosedale Half Scale Dollhouse by Greenleaf. The floors interlock with the walls and they warped so badly, the assembly was challenging! 

Decorated for Christmas!

The snowman is a Christmas ornament.  The stonework and snow were formed from Paperclay.  The frozen pond is actually a mirror.

I added the chimney and the side porch.  I also included a door that opens to the porch and an interior fireplace.

The exterior stonework and slate shingles were made from Paperclay.

I created the broom closet and added the side door and fireplace.

This is the final product.  I have changed the top floor several times, but I've never really been satisfied.  The final effort required changing the wall paper, yet again, and partitioning off a new room.  This was a big improvement.

I added some furniture, but still have some interior work to do on the house.
